Want to mate on a boat!!!!

I’m 14 and my brother is 11. We are very expierenced at fishing inshore and boating. We would love to help clean boats, rig baits, and anything else needed to be done. We would love to do it for free, or go offshore for a trip. We just want to learn the ways of offfshore fishing. If you have any interest please let me know! Have a good day and stay tight!!! Thanks

Moxleyfishing, there is a lot more involved than a boat owner saying, sure I’ll teach you, lets go! First, there’s your age! Your parents will have to be involved. The next thing is finding a boat owner that is willing to accept the risk, to you and himself, if you get hurt! There is a lot involved. The best way would be to find a friend that has an offshore boat and try to go with him! Good luck!

thanks for the advice!! My dad used to be big in offshore fishing, fishing the white Marlin open in OC. So he would be ok with it. My mom , we will see haha.My friends own some sportys so I'll talk to him! Thanks

Start off by asking a boat owner to clean the boat after a day’s fishing. You can meet the boat at the end of the day, that might lead into a few invitations to go offshore during the season.
