Extremely windy this morning. To windy for my skiff. Thankfully, I was invited to fish on 20’ Robalo bay boat. On the way to our first spot, the wind was blowing against the tide making for an ugly short chop and whitecaps. Boat made easy work of the ride. Upon arrival, Redfish and Trout were biting. Water clarity was surprisingly good given all the wind. Water temperature was 51 degrees. All fish fell for quarter ounce jig with a Z-Man MinnowZ Bad Shad.
Did not see another boat all morning. It may be ugly out, but the fish are still eating.
