gotta do it standin up, so i did:smiley:
stabbed 1, he was about 16 inches:wink:
battery was in the crate in back, cooler strapped to the front, flush mount scotty rod holder had a shaved broom stick holding the lamp
all in all pretty cool…will definitelty do it again

i’m tossin the 7’ ok from the yak, gonna try your method next
lets try to get together a time or two for some shrimpin from the yak
although, i’ll have to look to you on this one.

There’s a butt load of shrimp up in your neck of the woods. Also a couple of nice mud lfats in the harbor that are easy access.

How bout rafting two yaks together with the paddles across em to stand up in and throw net? We used to do that to get geared up for diving, two of em rafted like that makes a good stable “catamaran” platform.
