Fished shipyard creek today all over with mud minnows and top water but got skunked!! Think it had to do with the high tide.
I got skunked this weekend too I feel your pain
I fished the Cooper for about 3 hours on Sunday with the falling tide and only managed two small trout. Current was swift!
It’s tough back in there, usually feast or famine for me. That, and the the squatters got pushed right back to where the fish leave that back area and have it too congested for me to fish there for now. At least you got out there, I was a strong back for the weekend playing 2 men and a truck role:sunglasses:
