Water hazzard??

What exactly is the water hazard near castle pickney?

Thanks for yore support!!

It’s a place where they hit golf balls into:smiley: In other words, IDK!

Not sure what side you are speaking of. There are remnants if an old dock on the James Island side. There is also a shallow area often referred to as middle ground on the end toward Ft. Sumter that is really shallow at times of low tide.

Fort Sumter side there is a sign sticking up out of the water with a warning. Just curious as to what it is.

There are several things in that area, but the two i would be concerned about are the submerged rocks and the fact there is a sandbar in that area that gets just enough water over the top of it that you cant tell.

it is probably the underwater pilings Apickett speaks of…I’ve rolled over them on a higher tide and scared the crap out of me…
