WATER TO PLATE - UDC - 10/2/12

Took out Linda and Marty. Lind caught all the fish, which were her first Redfish. She can fish, but she sure can cook too.

Finally catching some in the slot.

All caught on Mud Minnows. The Penfish were eating up the Shrimp.

Good job, Captain.

I’ve got fish in the fryer right now. I am cooking them W/O heads.

Cpt Steve, How does that baked Redfish turn out, baked me one a while back and wasn’t to pleased with him after he was all cooked up.

Bragging may not bring happiness,
but no man having caught a large fish,
goes home through the alley.

Some people think the secret is to leave the head on. I usually fry mine. I can’t say how it was, but it sure looks good. The true secret of cooking any fish is not to overcook it. They cooked it and sent me a picture of it.
