Left late at 10.30am to let the wind die down a bit. Fishing by 12.30.

Stopped shallow on a nice rip and weedline in 170ft, 73 degrees. Two small dolphin and a bunch of short strikes and trash. Moved out deeper

Found another good weedline and a rip in 350 with a 76 temp. Fished both sides of it for a hour with nothing. Nobody home. Trolled deeper and picked up another 3 dolphin around 20lb.

Not the day I was hoping for given the recent reports but the wind layed down as the weatherman said it would and we rode home at 35mph into a nice sunset. Sure beat being in the office.

Thats a better day than sitting in the office. And plenty of meat for fish tacos.

same as friday for me, choppy ride out, started in 150 and ended the day with 4 dolphin a decent king in 165 and some bonitas.

But we had lots of fun and good times. Ive been staring at the boat all year… its nice to have water splash on my face.

oh yeah btw… long wet ride home… but still better than work
