Waterway art

My girlfriend is addicted to marsh/creek creepin’ like we are to fishing/beer…she made me some stuff out of her inventory of teeth/artifacts/china/bottles/wood that we found last week…I didnt know she was making them until she gave them to me…I was very impressed.

Anyway…it’s her passion and she never thought once about selling any of it. I think that she could turn her hobby in to a part time business…she has a huge inventory, and when we go fishing, she makes me drop her off marsh banks at mid/low tide (I’m lucky, i know)…what do you guys think? thanks for any imput!

I think you better hang onto her! seriously though, that’s some pretty cool stuff…

Very cool! I was at Edisto last Sunday when a friend of mine was just looking at shells and reached down and picked up a perfect arrow head, about 1.5" long. Black. It was an awesome find

sounds like you’ve got a pretty (**() cool girlfriend…

Those are awesome! Even better is a GF that likes to go out with you on the boat - and doesn’t want to catch half the fish. Does she wash the boat when you get home?

I would buy something like that, especially the ones on the wooden boards. Especially if I knew it was done by a local artist and locally collected teeth / artifacts.

PM me if she has any more for sale or wants to test the waters. I would be interested in being a ‘test customer’.

What des she use to attach the pieces to the wood/rock? Hot glue gun?

Haha, yep shes’s pretty awesome, she washes the inside of the boat while I get the outside, then I clean and she cooks our catch…if I put a picture of her on here then you guys will really hate me…lol. @Rap, she uses “gorilla” glue, it seems like a lateral move from 5200…haha, its strong and clear. I’ve had a lot of interested PM’s…she has some stuff ready to go as is, and she’ll make to order from here on out. @Flounder- I think that’s the coolest part, everything comes from our local waters…from the harbor to way up the cooper/wando. Pricing will vary depending on size/setting naturally, but just pm or txt me with what you’re interested in and we’ll talk about pricing. Once she gets a complete line of inventory I’ll put all the pricing up here. I really appreciate everyone’s ■■■■■■■■ on here and on pm’s. Rachel is very excited…she’s already planned our weekend around the tides!
Thanks again guys.

That’s really nice stuff. Its a great place around here to find artifacts etc…I collect driftwood and make things out of it, some functional some just sculptures. I have many places that I go to and always find things. If shes interested Id be glad to take her along and show her where I find my stuff. I also have sources where I sell my things if shes interested. Email me or send PM

Awesome creations

Thanks Hook. Pm sent
