the are out pretty thick at nearshore structure. Some Big ones too. TOo bad you can only keep one per person. Caught about 10 in 30 minutes on live mullet on a bucktail jig

They’ve been thick around the jetties too at LR. No big one, but fun for the kids to catch for a while. We did best with them just before, during and after dead low on live shrimp.

Maybe next year we will have some sensible limits that allow 5/10 to be kept, but not like 100 where every spot catching numb nutts fills up a cooler with 9" fish.
