Where is yalls favorite place to look at the off shore forecast that seems to be the most accurate? Wave height and wind

NOAA,Windfinder, Majicseaweed. When things get serious, look at southcarolina-offshore.

Check out the link above. Hover your mouse over the wave height times and move slowly towards the bottom. It will produce a graphical display of what to expect.

That’s a great site

Windalert/sailflow are great sites and apps for the nearshore coastal area as they have more sensors that fill in gaps in the governments weather net. It’s sister site iKitesurf ( also owned by parent company Weatherflow ) has human edited forecasts by membership mostly catered towards wind sport folks but that obviously translates into useful info for nearshore boating. Multiple model outputs for the region allows for a more complete picture of potential scenarios as opposed to just one model output (GFS, Wavewatch) as is typical for buoy weather magic seaweed and most other sites. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about site navigation, capabilities, model specifics etc…
