Wed/Sat report

The wind on the lake has pushed me back to inshore. Had to get out wednesday and enjoy the 70 degree weather and 58 degree water temp. Starting catching reds in 6 feet with minnows on the bottom. Hit another spot in 3 feet of water and some drum on live shrimp. Moved to my last spot and caught 19 trout with minnows on jig heads on my new loomis greenwater/clash combo.

Final count was 19 trout, 2 sheepshead, 9 reds, and 12 black drum.

Took a buddy from work out saturday. It was chilly to say the least. Fish went shallow. Caught over 40 fish in less than 3 feet of water. Live shrimp/minnows. Couldnt get a hit on zman.

Looks like fish for dinner for a while. Nice report. Short, sweet and to the point.

Holy smokes. What area/river were you fishing?

Looks like a couple solid days. Well done!

Where are you finding the live shrimp. Buying or deep-holing? Nice couple of days for sure!

Nice work al8995, thanks for the report. Tight lines…
