Fished yesterday and did pretty well. caught nine stripers and 3 keepers. fished the towers with free lines and down rods to 40ft. water up the lake is nasty.
What time of the day were you fishing?

fished in the morning. all the bites came when sceg was blowing back creating a current at the towers. as far as bait tanks go richard at lake world has a great selection and can point you in the right direction. I got a Ron vest style tank with a filter from him and it is great.
When they were “blowing back”? I’m guessing pumping water into the lake somehow but I’m not quite sure I understand. I always buy my bait from Richard, had a lot of success with it. It always looks good and healthy.

They will use lake water to cool the steam generators this time of year. Intake from 1 or 2 and return it to the lake via 3. You can see the slick eddy when it is occuring.
I thought they always used lake water to cool the condensate in the condenser? What do they use during the summer?
