Well the marina at edisto just called and said the tournament going out of edisto has been canceled but to my knowledge bohicket marina is still having there’s. we are still planning to fish and if anybody else has any info on this please share

How many of ya’ll have run 50 mi. in 4/4/? Don’t care what size boat it ain’t fun! Other than a good cat!
4/4?? LOL…April 2nd the ride in was 6 to 8’s at 4 or 5 it was stacked one after another. 4/4 is what it is. Do your best to get on top and go. If you’re over 30 foot with power you should be just fine.

Yeah we were there April 2nd too. Not fun by any means. 4@4 is doable but given the deteriorating conditions for Sunday isn’t nice either. Hope it turns out nice for those that go but we stayin.

Its a gamble, hoping we can get on something early and then pack it up early and head to the hill before it gets to bad. I got one guy on board that this will be his first trip outside the jetties…LOL this is going to be freaking awesome. LOL

For those of you going tomorrow, are you thinking about getting out earlier rather than later? We were thinking about waiting a little bit (5:30) so we could at least see the surface and not be hitting 4 footers in the dark. But then again, conditions might be better earlier for the long run.
What say you?
