Found a crew on the match-up page who could take a “sick” day and headed out in search of Mahi. After a slow start, found them in about 250’. Picked at them for a few hours and headed in when the wind began to pick up.
Nothing spectacular, ended up with 8. Mostly slingers, but a fun day fishing with a good crew…despite a little seasickness.
Billy, Thanks again for a great day on the water. The two of us had a blast. And, the other, has a few stories to tell about his uncanny ability to chum up mahi. I really appreciate you taking us out. It was a pleasure fishing with you…Jeff
