Left Sunset Cay around 5am headed to the ledge. Ended up putting lines in around 8:30 120’ with a slinger in the boat 10 minutes later. With no luck around a bunch of weed patches we headed to the banks and 226 hole. There was a big weed patch in 400’ with alot of unhungry dolphin underneath. Trolled around it mutiple times with no luck. Then we headed a little deep around 800’ and bam. double hookup on to gaffers. we headed back to the weed patch after no luck in deep water to hook up to 2 more dolphin. The birds were horrible they were very hungry. Alot of bait around! we trolled back inshore to a couple more hookups. Then hit a couple bottom numbers of mine and almost limited out of BSB. Overall a good day 4 gaffers 2 slingers and 20 BSB. Also like to thank our newest fishing buddy Phil for joining us on our voyage. Day was slow and color that was best was Gamecock red n black. Got Hook’D Charters Thats How We Troll!!!1
