Will it be big enough in the harbor to cover a few flats? I am just studying tides in the area and saw there is a 6.5 off the Tooggadoo but only a 5.6 in the harbor? Need help, want to fish a flat Wed. Thanks.
It’s real site specific. Our biggest tide in Charleston is 7.0. Please, let’s not qubble about a 0.1 or two.
I fished a 5.89 yesterday and today it was pure crap. Same numbers but, there are always other factors. You are going to have to work your own numbers. Isn’t THAT what is so good about this kind of fishing?!?

depends on what the wind does today and overnight. Forecasted to be easterly so I would go with a yes, for a couple hours. Didn’t think it was going to make up last night with ssw wind, but it did and was probably the best 2 hours of tailing i have seen in all my years. Also figured with the amount of days there has been tailing water, it would be slim if it did make up.
Thanks for the info.
