You still headed out Monday? I’m thinking of making the drive down and giving it a go out of Wappoo Landing. Seems like a tight window but this is the 3rd week that I’ve taken off with the intent to go fishing and the past 2 the weather didn’t cooperate. I’ll probably try to head out late Monday morning if the forecast stays the same.

Man this forecast just won’t make up it’s mind. Now it looks like Monday morning is gonna be a washing machine with NE winds till noon. I’m thinking I’ll probably head down the coast Monday morning and maybe put around the intercoastal late afternoon then head out early Tuesday morning since it’s shaping up to be the better day. I imagine you are packing it in after Monday?

Sure enough it’s changed again! I’ll probably make a game day call tomorrow if it’ll be Monday or Tuesday go.

Well we are packing up now to head to the coast in a few hours. Plan is to head out mid morning tomorrow and see if we can take advantage of the 1 day of Red Snapper season plus avoid the scattered storms further out. If we are still feeling up to it we’re gonna stay over and head out early Tuesday morning and make a push for the ledge to troll from some wahoo. I’ll be monitoring Ch 16 and 68 if you’re out there. Salty mo is the handle. Good luck and tight lines!

Both days look crappy to me if I were going to stay out there any extended period of time. Y’all be safe, it’s going to be a bumpy ride.
