Went back to Gray’s Hill Friday night. What a beautiful part of the low country. It was my first time in that part of the county. Sea-brook / Whale branch. I saw all kind of wild life. Amazing place. Awesome sun set
We set up out poles a little late. Talk to the guys next to were we were going to set. Just to be polite and see how they were doing. They had there cooler full all ready. Guy said they did it in 8 passes. they pulled up as we were putting out the bait. They had a full cooler of shrimp. The name works well for a description. “SHRIMP” Small to Medium.
Better than last weekend. I would guess these shrimp were in the 38 to 45 count. Small. When the water got to the grass on this incoming tide the shrimp went with it. They turned off like a light switch.
We got 3 Gallon of shrimp with heads off. Had a blast, sheared some brewski with some good people. We will try Lands end on Monday and will give a report good or bad…
