Another wonderful day off of Georgetown on 5-30-11! The “Goodbuddy” left the dock at 4:00AM headed out to 700 feet. By 9:15 we already had 5 nice phins in the boat. We fished the good “royal blue” water 76 to 77 degrees. At 10:10 one of our guest asked the question. Have you ever caught a white on this boat? The guest stated he had never caught a white. A partner answered, No we have never caught a white on the “Goodbuddy” but we are due. Within 5 minutes, I saw a white charging the flat line in the wash 35 feet behind the boat. Fish On!!
I am now fighting my first white on the “Goodbuddy”. Within 15 seconds. Fish On!! Now another white hits the short rigger. Both Marlin are jumping!! Then Fish On!! The third white hits the long rigger. All three are jumping and

taking line. We managed to release 2 whites as the third eventually got off. Ended the day with 13 phins while missing another 5 phins “gaffers” hitting the ballyhoo very agressively. The largest gaffer in the box was 28lb. What a day for memory!! The day prior, Sunday, put 10 nice phins in the boat another great day on the “bluepond”. Great fun both days!! Pics will follow.
Very nice! Can’t wait for Saturday.

Am I the only one that thinks downloading pics to this site is very difficult! I have created PB account and selected my pics and copied the HTML codes or what ever. What does it mean to “paste to this site” photo bucket or charlestonfishing.com to share your catch. My paste button is not highlighted. Instructions need dumbing down for old foggies like me. Help!!
Nice pictures. great Catch!

SWEET!!! Great post & amazing job on the marlinS!
For photobucket, when I have a picture selected I want to post, I left click on the IMG code (beneath the HTML) which copies the link, then go to this site and right click, select paste, and up pops the link. If you hit preview response, you should see the picture not the actual web address. At least that’s how my computer rolls.
