@retired - First I must say, what a nice ship you have there. As we tried to keep our space moving around you, my wife and I both commented on what a nice boat. My wife told me it was nice to see another boat with a bunch of rods sticking out of it, lookin’ like they knew what they were doin’. I’m starting to learn that I need to get set ups like you guys had, that are a little “beefier,” if I’m going to make a habit of going into deeper and deeper water. After we left you guys there, we went out a little further and south, and the bigger bsb’s were a little sporty on my smaller inshore stuff. My surf rods did just fine (until one broke in half!!) so I see by them, I need to invest over time here in heavier stuff. Yeah, the family on the boat, one of the benefits of home schoolin’ I guess.

@kut - Dude, that hole I found on the dumping grounds there has produced keepers for me every time, and I’ve not caught anything else there yet but bsb’s. Maybe our next run we can go out there dude!
