what a start

team catchall had a rough start for the january 2013 tx,let me tell you, first the bait tank motor went to screeming after getting bait,i always carry a spare ready to go but had lent it to a friend when his pump went out in the dec tx,had no spare had to rob the one from my 20 gallon tank and install it yes in the cold tank water that morning, roll them up and get started, get to lake at 740am and boat had no steering, used troll motor to steer and big motor to move forward, worked very well, started fishing and immediately catching fish while fixing steering, filled fluid and bleed system, got it done, never used big motor stayed in same place all day with troll motor, great day of fishing and recovery but what a start, great MSC tx to start the year, safe, beautiful, plentiful, team catchall.

With all that you guys still finished strong. Great fishermen learn how to adapted and over come. And your team are some of the best. Great job. Never say Quit.

Wow! I went with Kreg back to your boat to get the basket for our fish after yall weighed. He said nothing of your trials, just that you caught alot of fish. You guys still beat most of us with one hand tied behind your back:smiley: As David noted, great fishermen adapt and never quit!

Congratulations to all our podium finishers and to everyone that got out there and “brought it” until lines out!

I agree with Fogman. Way to adapt and overcome, Lee! That’s an amazing story…you didn’t need that motor anyway…you could probably catch stripers with just crickets and a bream pole! Ha!!
