Kinda neat. You do know that you will have to title and register that thing if you put a trolling motor on it. With that comes sales tax & yearly property taxes. I guess you can put the SC registration numbers on the console.
Eat mor trout.
Wow Dave that looks cool. I am in California right now and I have seen quite a few guys on a surfboard thing paddling it while standing but this looks more stable… let us know how it goes…

makes me want to sell my yak!!
they sell them along the LA and TX coast… that water is loaded with GATORS (I fished that area and saw plenty of them in the 3 hrs we were fishing) That would scare the crap out of me.
Go tigers!

Flats is the key word. looks perfect for protected water on a flat day. i wouldnt want to cross a swell on it. i think i like the yak /outrigger so you can stand better. let us know how you like it.
we dont need no reservations we dont need no cruise control
Interesting design. One “bounce” and whatever you drop is gone. I agree with PAWLEYSI, looks like a flat-water craft. Notice in the You Tube video they don’t show it much under paddle power or in ruff conditions?

That thing would be perfect for Charleston flats fishing. Dolphin you all need to start carrying those things! I’ll buy one.
we did a florida sportsman outdoors show in Orlando last fall. these guys were the booth right next to us. we got to see these things up close and get to know the guys behind it. we were jokin cause its called ‘flatsstalker’ and the guys were just hounding the girls that were workin the homewaters both w/ us. great guys though.
its a quality product, and the guys absolutely swear by it. they had videos running of them poling it around and hooking up. they sold a couple that weekend.
they’d be amped there was this much interest. dave, i actually told these guys back then i knew you and would offer to get yall in touch since time out would prolly be huge for them. want me to?

Hey d dog I saw those the other day in a magazine I think that it would be awsome to try during the summer for tailers let me know if you find one I would like to give a try
flat deck seems like a good idea…but I believe a canoe would be a better choose. Around here we have to much wind for a flat deck boat…? If the wind picks up and you have water coming over the deck…is it still fish-able and how does it handle?

i asked the guys the same thing about paddling into chop/windy conditions etc. the platform is really stable, i’ve seen these things in real life, and they had videos of them fishing/paddling in windy conditions – cool concept, but i’ll still stick w/ the tarpon
