How will all this fresh water affect the shrimp this year?even if the rain gets back to normal the runoff and overfill in all the lakes here in the upstate will still be headed that way.

How early do the shrimp come in? Last year we met a Biologist that did daily bird counts on Bull Island…very nice fello…(what kind of dang job is that?) He said that he was doing a routine check around AUGUST 16 and there were so many shimp in the bay there were in the prop wash and a few in his boat!
Are we allowed 100 shrimp per person per day in SC? Not during bait season. He casted for a few days and had a nice haul for the freezer.
