10# bone-in butt, cut in half for quicker cooking. My secret rub(Lawry’s seasoning salt and fresh ground black pepper). 30 minutes in the oven at 450°, because some random internet person said so, followed by 5 hours at 275°. Internal temp is 205°. Rested, covered, for the prerequisite time.

Might be some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot.

My wife tells me I need to correct the look on my face when im offered tobassco in a restaurant.

Franks is the only other one i really like. Old bay makes a decent one too.
