Oct-Nov is probably the best time to fish inshore. The redfish, trout, and flounder are great.

But I like summer fishing as much if not s little more. For the multitude of species and ways to catch them!

Although Oct.-Nov. are excellent and the most consistant for reds, flounder, trout, and sheeps, I am partial to May and Early June because of the top water bite for reds and LARGE trout.

November has to be my favorite. May is great too…although I am offshore fishing so much in May I don’t get out in the creeks much.

Summer for tailers and nice weather. But sept-dec for schools and a tailer every now and again.

Oct-Feb and May-Sept I normally don’t have good luck in the Spring and the Pollen is everywhere.

Personally? I think the fishing is best whenever the #$^#&$^#*ing GNATS are not around.

I catch the most fish in october + november though.

Those May fish are STRONG, too! They’ve had a month of gorging, the water temp is just right, and they fight like no tomorrow. Nothing like the winter months when the jet skis and innertubers are abscent and the fish aren’t.

Late September thru Late November. By far the best. Surf action is awesome with the mullet run, ladyfish bite is crazy, sheep action is on fire from halloween to Thanksgiving, and reds ands trout will eat anything you offer them as they are fattening up for winter. By far my favorite time to fish. No jet skis in october, and would much rather be on the water in the fall than in the winter.

I’m with fishboy but I’m adding Aug cause I like the early morning bite and I enjoy the Redfish on the flats to Feb. March Sucks!
