One that which meets all state, federal, UN, USCG, and California regs.
As many as you want, as long as they don’t pertain to race, religion, resident status, gender, sexual orientation, or the President.
As many biodegradable lures as you think you can afford.
Only artificial lures, barbless, single hook, certified environmentally safe by USCG, DNR, USFWL, NOAA, EPA, DHS, HHS, UN, WHO, and UNICEF.

FINALLY - BSB98 has figured it out!! The reason we buy Fishing License instead of Catching License! It has been a conspiracy from the start.
And Gut Wrench - haven’t heard of anything but I have been trying to find the latest rules and regulations and can’t find a thing! All jokes aside this really is ridiculous - all the problems in the world and the best our government can do is regulate a fishery that may or may not be in trouble!! Remember when the current Government promised CHANGE – We got it - and all we have left is CHANGE!
I’ve got an idea - lets all load our fuel tanks with 10% Ethanol fuel that last at best 60 days and then when it goes bad we can help the economy by hiring a mechanic to rebuild carbs and pump the bad fuel out! Since we can’t fish at least our boats won’t we sitting idle!

All these rules will do it force people to cheat, lie, and find ways around the system. They will never stop everyone from fishing no matter the laws. We talk all day about ridiculous laws but the truth is know one is around to enforce them.

Don’t buy into that. Someone will be the example made for all of us. Would you like to have 5 limits of BSB on your boat and get pulled over by DNR? How many would want to take that chance? Not me.

Take a kid fishing. Thats another daily limit of whatever you’re catching. It finally occurred to me why my Dad and Uncle used to take all the kids crappie fishing. After an hour or so we would crawl up under the front of the boat on the life jackets and go to sleep while they kept catching fish.
I’d rather fish than eat.
