Well we have a lunch bet at work and I have it going north of NYC but who knows? On a side note, do you live in Westcot? If so that is a pretty boat!
Personally, I don’t name storms until they get winds > 100 mph…

I believe Sandy was 90 kts for at least 2 of the advisories yesterday…
That’s around 103 mph for those of you in the kingfishing crowd.
Ok so my next question. What do you think this storm will do for the fishing?

water is gonna be all churned up obviously- the day after the storm we had in the summer dolphin bite was unaffected and many boats caught 20 plus fish…sorry for me i went diving like a dummy and vis was really bad- guess what kind of fishin you trying to do will be the decider on your question
no viz for at least 10 days, maybe longer as big as this storm is. thank goodness its deer season!
If it got any better I couldn’t stand it.
I was kinda hoping that she would push the yellowfin from the far side of the gulstream back into Charleston waters… fat chance, but Hurricane Bertha was credited for bringing the African Pompano to the east coast years ago[:0]. That seems like a long ways to run from a storm. They are pretty common around the Frying Pan Tower area near our neighborng state to the north. Stranger things have happened.
