Was not as horrible as they mad eit sound yesterday. Found some nice shelter out of that S wind. My buddy asked me to baby sit his john boat for the next couple months so me and the pooch decided to take her out and all get to know each other. Ended up being a nice afternoon with the pooch trying some new spots. Only fished a couple hours but managed a few bass and trout and added a couple new spots to the portfolio.
All on outgoing tide, live shrimp and Zman White shrimp.

He just sniffs them once and ignores them after that which made me very happy and earned him a spot in the future. It drives me nuts fishing with someone and their dog goes insane everytime someone cast or something comes into the boat.

My buddy said the carpet was in it when he recently purchased. Not a big fan myself, I think his goal for me while he is gone is to get it streamlined and more efficent for fishing. Ill enjoy that while usign it when I dont feel like dealing with my bigger boat.
As for the two gas cans. . Well, all I can figure is you never know?
