Up in the air on whether or not to go… we said screw it, we can drive through the rain with a diving mask on. Both boats iced and loaded we dropped into wappoo where there were 0 trucks. With that uneasy feeling in the stomach, asking, where is everyone, we cruised the glassy harbor out past the jetties and headed Northeast. Huge Amberjacks, snapper and trigger = Happy Campers. Conditions flattened out, broke in the gopro on a pod of spotted Dolphin and cruised home at 50mph. Never saw another boat. Only regret, not wearing enough sunscreen. Incredible season opener
