What's happening inshore ?

Optiker and Fatrat talk to me I’m heading out this weekend for the first time in a very long time. Regardless of how the bite has been I got a plan but you guys seem to put together consecutive successful trips in just about any weather conditions and I really want to capitalize on how the you know what looks like this upcoming weekend. I got plenty of places to fish but I’m sure some are not ideal for the conditions so talk to me about baits, depth, technique, etc… It’s been a while for me (7 months) so I’m gonna wing it off of what I think I know and compare it to what you guys and gals know that get it done on a regular basis. All advice is welcome and again for the cyber scouter police I’m not looking for places to fish just a slight advantage to take with me.

The water is really cold (but warming a few degrees as we speak) and the bite was very lethargic last Saturday. You could not feel the reds take the bait, they would just start swimming with it. All I could tell you is posted on the reports section of our site. If you look for my last report a week or so ago, it has a link. Thanks
