What's my boat worth

I am thinking about upgrading to a little larger boat after shrimp season ends. I have been looking at a few bay boats so i will need to sell the Skiff. I have done the nada thing it had somewhere between 7800-9800. That didn’t include trolling motor and a few of the other extras. I obviously have a lot more in it than that but who doesn’t. I paid a little less than that for it in 2009 and have probably put another 7-8k,ballpark, in upgrades ect since then. Do any of you guys sell boats or have any idea what I may be able to get out of it. I am very meticulous with my stuff and the boat is in great shape. Obviously this would be easier with pictures but the boat is at the beach and can’t really take any until I am down in 3 weeks. Boat is dry stored and there I have checked and there isn’t any water in the hull. I know some people had issue with this. I may be forgetting a few things but most everything should be listed below. Thanks!

About $8k-$9k as long as the motor doesn’t have high hours and the compression is straight.

Hard to get money back out of upgrades. Take the cost of the upgrades and half them. Just the parts, no labor. That’s about all they are worth. And that’s in the first year. Any older and they become basically just a throw in. That’s my .02.

It’s a clean boat, and well cared for it seems. You might get a little more if someone is looking for that particular hull and size motor, but it might be tough. The majority of people are probably looking for the same boat you are wanting to upgrade to.
