If you have not seen this, go to pod casts. Really cool interviews with the sport and industry best.
chris.
agreed: zach’s show is 1st class, ive found my self in the driveway listening to the last 10 min of a episode too often. from lefty, artists, moviedoods, to the gurus of the keys and smokies… i like it tremendousy and wait- unpatiently- for new broadcasts. he’s onto something great. no pressure interviews about the questions we want answered. subscibe and u’ll get em all downloaded.
Thanks for the heads up. I just subscribed to that podcast as well as “Ask About Fly Fishing”. Looking forward to having something good to listen to while working on my boat!
Every piece of tail you turn down is a piece of tail you didn’t get.

nbk65bo,
How is it going?
I hope all is well with you.
You are right Zach does a fantastic job. I am a regular viewer and occasional poster on his site. Not only are the pod casts top notch but the photography on the site is world class, and the tutorials you get from some of those guys are top notch.
Above all else Zach runs a clean and relaxed environment. The people on there respect his rules and get along very well. Heck they even humor some of the dumb stuff I ask sometimes:smiley:
Hoping to get back over that way this summer.
PS - Zach lives in the same area as I do and some of my buddies have run into him fishing the local water, and they say he is a pretty nice guy in person too.
Far better it is to dare mighty things to win glorious triumphs even though checkered with failure, than to take ranks with those poor spirits who never enjoy much nor suffer much because they live in the grey twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.
It is going well. How are you all doing. I have not fished much. I did fish with Moxley, from Macon, last week. We saw a bunch but we could not get them to eat. I can not wait for tailing season to start. 56 days and counting, not that I am counting.
Once the reds get back in the grass, give me a shout.
chris.
will do!
I may just have to run over there one weekend!

Yea man. I have found several new flats that look awesome. We ended finding an enormous amount of fish farther down the flat we were on that day last year. The 15th of May is when they should start, but last year the first week was not that good. It was around Memorial Day when they really came alive.
I am haunted by those fish not taking the flies I put on the plate, and then you throwing the fliy directly into the corner of their mouths:wink:
I will be in touch!
Take care,
Keith
