Where Are All the Reports?

Guys/Gals,

I’ve noticed over the last few weeks there are significantly less fishing reports being posted. As some of y’all know, I live up in Charlotte and don’t get to fish nearly as much as I’d like, so I live vicariously through Penny, FatRat, Optiker, and the rest of the gang. Have the conditions just been so bad that it’s not worth the effort, or is everyone just busy? I hope the answer is the former and not the latter, as it’s ALWAYS worth the effort. Curious to get y’all’s ■■■■■■■■…

The weather has been mostly miserable. Wind, cold, rain, wind, cold, rain, pick any 2 out of 3 almost every day for the last few weeks.

I mentioned the other day that the only time I seem to able to fish it’s either and astronomical high tide or small craft advisory with the wind. Thursday wasn’t any diffeent

BB, every condition here has sucked recently. But, I believe, most of us have been out there anyway. Just doesn’t seem like much to report.

But, we are on the verge… Should be some increase in reports coming soon.

patience…give it two weeks and the dolphin, mahi, corey reports will be filling the boards. Heck, I haven’t been fishing since December! but I am about to start for sheeps and flounder gigging.

Busy. Verrrrrrrry busy. Tis baseball season, and your boy plays on not one, but TWO teams and I coach one of them. Bazeball… has been veddy veddy good to him.

I actually covered my boat about 3 weeks ago. No sense letting it fill with pollen! Hope to get out next Friday though. Turn Good Friday into GREAT Friday!:smiley:

What about you BB! Post 'em up! Put that fishing niece of yours on some fish!

I hear ya’, Vin. I figured the devil was gettin’ fit for an overcoat when you said you covered the boat! Hopefully the E-dog will be rockin’ garnet and black in a few years! Lord knows they need help after dropping two in a row to Arkansas…

The last time I fished was in January, so I’m suffering from MAJOR withdrawals. I’m headin’ down next week, so hopefully I’ll be able to wet a line with my favorite fishing partner.

Same here Bart, bad weather on most days I have had off, went a few times with no luck, I don’t share the no luck posts haha

ok… BB…report for the week : Mon am caught sheeps, tues caught sheeps all day…Thurs afternoon, caught sheeps and black drum, Fri am,caught sheeps. all fish released. Sizes were mixed, lots of real small fish along with some that were over the legal 14" minimum.
