Since this is my first year venturing into the Kayak world I was curious as to where yall keep your catch. Fish bag? cooler?

Just keep a bag of ice down by your #@$% and throw them in the bottom of the kayak if you catch one.

I have a GPS mount for you for the new ride. If you have a handheld unit.

stringer, over the side. can add a little drag to the paddle back, but usually im ok w that.
F&G, just get a smallish soft side cooler. Make sure it has sealed seams and waterproof construction so you don’t leak fish juice all over the car at the end of the day.
DD
in a hot skillet with butter shrimp and crab
Check out the kayak fish bag at the bottom of this web site:

It’s a cool idea but a 100 bucks for a fish bag seems a little high.
Stinky
keeping fish in a kayak is more hasle than its worth, just throw em back! BTW, i have no problem with people keeping fish ( just wanted to say that before i get bashed like what happend in other posts )
throw em back…keep a few to fry fresh only…use a soft cooler filled to the brim with ice.works well with the trout especially keeping them good back to the house.and the soft cooler will fit virtually anywhere you have a little space.just my .02
gots to get out for some trout
