Lowes and home depot have deals after thanksgiving, might still have some.

Have you checked out Craigslist? I have gotten some good buys off Craigslist.

Go all stainless. The restaurant supply stores can help and so can Amazon

After being released, a lot of fish die, but a lot of them live also.

Maybe too late to chime in, but there is an Asian market on Rivers Ave., right off 526, that has lots of pots and steamers at great prices.

I would also recommend the stainless pot and strainer. It will last your lifetime. The aluminum oxidizes rapidly with the salt and acids.
