Where to catch big sharks

I might be inspired by shark week but i would like to know some spots to catch big sharks. The sharpnoses and bonnetheads are growing a bit dull. Thanks for the help!

For inshore any area in a river next to a inlet that has a good drop-off and swift current works well like a bend where the channel is closer to the edge or sandbar works. Catch what is in the water and live line it out, if using cut/smelly bait fishing high-tide going out seems to work well for me. If offshore reef fishing just catch fish and stay for a while and they show up for an easy meal. Use some heavy line and wire, at least 3ft but 6-9 is better if you want to have a good chance at landing a beast. Not a pro but these seem to work for spinners, black-tips and a couple other close to 7 footers I have hooked, spinners are awesome when you hook a jumper. What area are you trying to fish?

17ft Key west

Port Royal sound. Monster tigers in there.

I’ll second smb, north edisto! Hooked up with a 6 footer that dragged me from botany beach over to the condos on the seabrook island side, 1 hour in and he broke me off…
