Taking the family on a camping trip next week and was wanting to pick up some unique sausage to take to cook on the fire but not sure who would carry some different types. Like gator or bison or whatever. Something different and tasty. Thanks for the help.

AMS (Artisan Meat Share) is Craig Deihl’s new place and an outlet for the charcuterie program that has previously been on display at Cypress. Excellent stuff - arguably the best in town - but don’t expect much (or anything) in the way of venison or bison or gator. It’s more artisan pork and beef products with a healthy dose of available offal.
Do go by there, though. Those (**() sandwiches are fantastic. Check out the braunschweiger.
