Where to get pigeons or quail

I would like to buy a few pigeons are quail to get my young dog acclimated to some real birds. I’ve heard I might be able to trap pigeons - if anyone has any info on this let me know. I am located in chas. Thanks

Thaddeus Farms on Wadmalaw raises quail for restaurant use…I wonder if Patrick and Lindsay would get you a couple before they are processed for food?
