Where to stay at Santee

I want to come up from Bluffton and fish Santee a couple of days for stripers. Where should I stay and what landing should I use? I am generally familiar with the upper lake, but not the lower lake. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

there is a place called hill’s landing in cross. that is on the diversion canal between the lakes and on the other side is harry’s campground. they have pretty decent accomodations and a restuarant. give those two a try. hill’s landing is 843 753-2731. harry’s fish camp is 843 351-4561. good luck. you can also book a catfish guide at either of those places if you wanted too.
