Which fly would be the best one to start with wading for reds tailing in the grass??
The top one would be my choice, but my go to fly is the Copperhead crab from Charleston Angler. The fish can’t resist it. Put it in front of him, let it sit until its in the fishes path, twitch it once or twice and then its on like Donkey Kong!!! Woooo Hoooo!!!
And in the future, you’ll get better responses in the fly fishing section. There are excellent fly fisherman that participate on these boards; some of them only look there though. Good luck

Can’t tell if any have weedguards.
If not, go to a flyshop and buy some with 'em or you will be miserable.
