White Amur

I have a pretty consistant pod of 6 or 7 grown grass carp that I can’t get to eat for the life of me. Really shallow and really clear water and they seem to be rooting around, but they will not eat my usual carp flies or nymphs. these things are killing me! Any suggestions?
