My 74 was rated for 70 as the max and that is what I had on it. Top speed was 35 with two guys and fishing stuff. I never knew if I had the right prop or not since I didn’t have a tach. The boat was great inshore, went shallow and was very stable. But whenever I would run in the harbor or to the jetties, it would literally rattle the the battery connections loose and you might pee blood for a few days. I wish I would of kept it.
Passed a 14 with a 115 on it yesterday, thats nutz, a 70 or so would do.
