I keep getting these emails every time somebody post on the cooking site. what button did I push to cause this and what do I do to stop it? thanks in advance for the info.

Go to the “Cooking your catch” forum home page. In the middle at the top is a button that says “Subscribe to this Forum”. Yours might say “Unsubscribe from this Forum”. Click on that and you might be O.K. but not real sure as I have never subscribed to any forum or thread.
