Today is my Wife’s Birthday and I asked her what she wanted to eat or where and she said make my favorite meal. So I went and got some whipcream… oppps nevermind.
Anyways I am getting ahead of myself…I was off to the store.
The menu was
Applewood smoked bacon wrapped scallops
Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp
Fire roasted tomatoes and shrimp with Angelhair pasta
Zuppa di Cozze (Mussels in Spicy Tomato Sauce
With a very nice Maddona Wine (German)
And a slice of Carrot cake for Dessert.
