Put a wild hog roast in the slowcooker after injecting it at6a.m.Came home after work,took the juice outa the pot,made a pot of greasy rice with that broth.Still got some squash in the garden so fried a few.Some broccoli corn bread and ITS ON!!! And nobody home but me??? Guess Ill eat alone and have leftovers 2moro.

this is what I cooked for dinner…tommorow donnie will pay for his remark 
…love having days off…would rather be fishing…but today didnt work out that way…so decided to cook a “big dinner”…roast in the oven after bringing to room temp and rubbing with some spices…cook for 40 minutes…turn off and let finish on its own…sweet taters in alongside…some fresh beans i had put up…rice…gravy with onions/taters and carrots…mmmm…fix donnies plate and take it to him and he says…thanks…but we could have just eaten a sandwich…WTH!!! he better be glad he smiled when he said that…
tommorow I have plans…potted meat sandwich and a slice of red onion for him for dinner;)
