So do you have a boat? Do you fish? Do you really care about fishing at all or is this a way to do free advertisement for your “firm”?

My folks retired to Mt. Pleasant and we do a family vacation on IOP every year where we use his 21’ CC to fish for reds in the creeks (and in the bay for whatever bites). He always brought my brother and me deep sea fishing on vacation (in Tampa) as kids and we still do a charter every year in Charleston. We also had a cabin on fresh water as a kid so I have more exp there. Recently I have gotten into some fly fishing for trout and want to try reds. I also try to wet a line wherever life brings me so I have fished a little bit in a lot of places, fresh and salt.
I am mostly a vicarious fisherman as my firm is really young and running a small business has a way of taking over your life when it is starting, so I watch a lot of outdoor tv and read you guys to satisfy my yearning for action.
I would hope potential clients would not be trolling here (but you never know, the straightman often has the most pressing needs) and it would be illegal for me to practice in SC unless I got special permission from the Court. I really do not do much interstate stuff anyway.
I do represent individual business owners when they have “issues” that may need my expertise, (think fraud, abuse, embezzlement, etc). I also work for some “entertainers” in that respect as it goes with my 1st amendment/criminal stuff.
I really genuinely like reading the ongoing drama that is the Charleston Fishing community and the politics of the closure. It got NO PLAY in our press save for a brief mention that was more concerned with bluefin, a shame.
