LS, yea I’ve been tracking that front that trying to move thru. We just might need an extra cup of “suck it” up to make it thru Sat. I was out there that one weekend when it was blowing 15-20 and I thought I was going to shear a paddle making it back to the landing. Maybe I’ll go out and purchase a grappling hook… v/r TXF 
Sounds like someone is trying to scare the competition away. No, I agree once the winds get over 10 mph kayak fishing turns into sail fishing. I’ve learned to deal with it, but I sure enjoy those days with a gentle breeze.
Is it this weekend? I know a guy who is fishing it…dont worry though…he never catches fish

got out at dawn this AM, started off looking like it would be manageable, but about a mile out to my spot, started whitecapping and i was over it – good news, i think we’ll be having some offshore winds tomorrow AM, and i’m hopin they’re light, always seems like wind comin from W is always more manageable somehow
