Anyone with a windlass ever had issues with putting your boat back on the trailer and the windlass hitting the roller or other problems?

Yes. Ramp is too steep or the trailer is too far in the the water. Your target bunks need to be further out of the water when loading. lowering the catch on your winch post may help.
