Winston fly rod suggestions?

I won a 50% off coupon from Winston at our local fly fishing clubs post holiday “holiday” party and was wondering what type of rod I should look at.

I have plenty of freshwater fly rods so I don’t care for one of those. That being said, I have been looking at the new Winston Boron IImx in about a 9wt. Anybody know anything about these rods?

take a look at their website. they have a pretty good forum of guys that know way to much about those rods.

I have several boron rods from Winston. they are great and have a very distinctive winston “feel”. velvety. i ran one over with the jeep and they also had me a new section in a week. great people and company. I have not thrown the newest M series but i fully expect the same. My 10wt winston came with a video of the guys standing on a picnic table lifting 2 cinder blocks a foot off the ground. it looked like the cork was gonna split!! killer
