winter redfish

Hi Guys,
I am from Central Pa. and want to hide from winter for a few weeks in late Jan./early Feb. I hear take the redfish fishing is good all winter in your area. We would bring our camper and boat- a 1754 grizzly with 60 horse 4 stroke, trolling motor and good electronics.
What can I expect? Ant information on guides, maps, camp grounds, areas to fish would be helpful!!
